In Dotonbori we took the twenty-minute Tombori River Cruise.   This furnished a great brief overview of the region and in addition gave us a possibility to view all of the popular Dotonbori Billboards – can only imagine what this place will have to appear like in the evening!  The statue is huge and I could see it, but just couldn’t work out
